Cherokee Days at Vinita, OK

On September 28, I had the pleasure of demonstrating fingerweaving at the Eastern Trails Museum in Vinita, Oklahoma for Cherokee Days. I was there from 10am-1pm and had the chance to meet a lot of great folks. People are always interested in the process of weaving completely by hand and it is a lot of fun to describe the history of the art form. I am grateful to have been part of the event and to have had a sample of the good homestyle
