Fingerweaving is done completely by hand and can use a variety of materials. My work primarily uses wool yarn, acrylic yarn, or an acrylic/metallic blend. There are two types of fingerweaving, warpface and oblique. An example of warpface weaving with acrylic yarn in a diagonal pattern is in the picture.
